Here is a pick of mine!:-)
I have Adamesh lowering springs, lowers 25mm.
Spacers are on the car but it's hard to see from this angle but in all other angels the car looks WAY better with the spacers!:-D

Looks great, really needs the lowering to fill the wheel arches! 😀👌

Those with spacers, did you need to put in longer wheel studs?

Also, I have a lightly used set of H+R springs if anyone wants to buy em.

Yes, 15 mm spacers all around. No, I didn't need to put longer studs, but they had to chop tips from hub bolts cause they were too long, and wheels couldn't fit.
If I put 20 mm spacers, there wouldn't be any problem, but I think it's too much, like this is perfect and looks very oem.

Anyway, first impresion is woow. Perfect ride hight, very low and near the road feeling, perfect control in curves, steering seems more direct, ride comfort like oem, better car in any aspect, including the looks.

MUST HAVE for anyone who owns this car, these cars should have left the factories with these spacers and springs.

Didn't have time for more photos, will put them soon...

Peter it's just the angle it's parked we both actually have the same lowering springs (i'm running a 15mm spacer )

With the front springs they were a touch on the low side so I had a 10mm lifter lathed out for me

Sorry to be a damp squib but I'm quite happy with the way my car sits which is apparently on my dynamic R is 10mm lower than a stock 5.0 xkr.

As to clearance I had to remove the front 3 piece spitter, that's part of the aero pack, as I kept catching it on sleeping policemen and was unable to put it up on my rhino ramps for wheel/underbody cleanjng

Will put the splitter back on if I choose to sell, which is never!

Can I ask the ages of those that have chosen to lower as it seems a little boy racerish/rice, also did you declare the mod to your insurance, if so what % did you see in your premium rise?

As MartyUK has stated, I would love to lower but the 3 piece splitter on the front just gets too banged up. And since on the previous three that I've had, we have filled and joined them to look as one piece (cleaner look), any flex or scrape on the bottom causes splits where they are joined. I just put another one on that I got from Chris at Mina two weeks ago. This time I left it as a 3 piece hoping to avoid future cracks.

Just curious, did you put the lifter at the top or bottom of the spring?

You quoted me but didn't advise if you declared to your insurance and how much your premium increased?

Don't worry I've only a few years on you but had my 'close to the ground' moments in the Super Nationals Go-Karting in the 80's

Insurance company doesn't care if I lower my car or put spacers on the car.
Go-Karting I did too in the 80's and also a couple of years in the beginning of 2000.:-)
