I'm not sure what your question is, but a blinking light may mean that your battery maintainer is still charging and a solid light may mean that it has reached a full charge.
What is the make and model of your battery charger? Is it a trickle charger or a "smart" battery maintainer? Do you have the manual? If not, Google it and download that manual.
In the future, include your year and model and other details to enable us to answer your question without having to guess.

As Stuart S suggests, we're going to need a little more detail from you on this one.

Last year mine was fine. Started right up one morning, no hesitation at all. Drove to get tires, battery dead at the tire place. Got home, charged it up, it started up once, then dead again. Installed a new battery, all is good.

I have my battery on a ctek 3300 when not in use. Took it out for a drive, no issues getting started. Stopped for a bit... tried to re-start and car battery was dead and would not take a charge. I think the battery maintainers may be giving a false sense of security that they show a full charge light... but the true battery capacity is not represented by that indicator.

If your battery is indicating a charge of less than 12.5v when tested with the vehicle not running it is time for a new battery. You can buy a meter that fits into the cigar lighter on Ebay for very little. Here is the url: https://www.ebay.com/sch/i.html?_odk...cator&_sacat=0

Thanks for the tip, Ralph. I just ordered the identical item for $1.52 delivered from the Ali Express App on my mobile phone. Interesting that the price is higher on my PC. It's shipped from China, so I expect it will take about a month to arrive.
Here's the link to that item on Ali Express from my PC: https://www.aliexpress.com/wholesale...tage+indicator
