Default Vacuum hose popping off?

Hi all You may have seen my rough running problems - well new twist is I didn’t notice but a vacuum hose keeps popping off any ideas what would cause this and how to fix? I just bought a slightly smaller bore tube I’ve put on but still comes off fairly easily?

Looks like a clamp will fix that.

Yes, but if it is loose now, that is probably due to age and heat. It may be time to replace that particular line with new before it explodes.

I think he said he did put on a smaller bore tube. At least that's how I interpreted his comment.

Duh, I missed that part.
I'm old, leave me alone and GET OFF MY LAWN!

Plus, maybe some excessive blow-by? PCV valve malfunction???

yeah not enough info me thinks. wondering what it it we're looking at in the pic and is that port the suction side? If it's pushing air vs drawing a vacuum and what's it supposed to be doing, etc.. Per JT, a clamp will certainly hold it on but I would think OP would want to know/ share more.

Wow lots of replies cheers guys - I’ve been chasing down a very light misfire across all cylinders at idle (no codes put in just watching a misfire counter and lightly feeling it) does it hot and cold. And also had stft up to 20%. So I saw this hose had popped off but thought I knocked it off out it on no change so changed the pcv no change then had the covers off for something else notices it was off again - put it on went for a drove off again. I only changed the pipe late last night so will go for a drive today and see where I am at. It seems to come off the intake elbow and go to some sensor with a plug on it (maybe a vacuum sensor)? Will get a pic later.

cheers

Looks like a fuel pressure sensor not being mechanically minded not sure why that uses a vac line? Also if that’s disconnected that won’t be doing my running much good I’m guessing
