"Wanted: XKR Coupe" in classifieds...
Not to be crass, but I've placed a Wanted ad in the forum classifieds: https://www.jaguarforums.com/forum/market/263676
(Thanks for any help or leads with my search. Much prefer to buy from a forum member)

Thanks, Tberg!
(In 2016, I bought an old '07 XJR as a lark - I just really liked the looks - figuring it would be an unreliable disaster. Well, it drove really nicely, so I went through it and fixed all the common problems, and dang if it didn't STAY fixed. So, I kept it, and kept taking long trips in it, and now its up to ~ 155K miles; still running - and looking - better than ever)
The 2011 X150 is the nicest condition 2010+ XKR I could find...around 50K mi; v well looked after (I believe) by a forum member. My plan is to use it for long trips, and give "Nanny" an occasional rest.
If JLR still made the X150, I would buy a new (or CPO) XKR. Somehow, The F Type just doesn't ring my bell...
These days, driving a 911 Porsche (I've had a few), SL Mercedes, or 6/8 series BMW, means being immediately typecast as somebody I'm not. Basically, nobody knows what a Jag is, which I like. Its unpretentious...
This after a lifetime of German cars, some much newer, none of which have been as reliable and pleasurable as my old XJR. I still have a couple Germans (M3 and Westfalia), but will soon part with 'em. My first BMW was a 2002 coupe; second a 2002tii. Nobody knew what they were, which I liked...

Hey John, here's one that's 5,500 miles from new and looks it. I saw this car today. Pricey perhaps, but as new as one is likely to find now.https://www.jaguarpalmbeach.com/used...y=years&page=1
