What does "Restricted Performance" light indicate?

Something bad happened and you should not drive it. Have it looked at before putting a single mile on it.

Yep, what he said. No one can diagnose it from the forum or guide you without DTC codes. You need more information. If you have a code reader, let us know the codes please. Or follow Q&C's advice.
