Water pump nightmares - shouldn't JLR step up?

Called my local Advanced auto parts. They don't lend out the pressure kits and what I've read from Jahummer above, the adapter was not available for our cars.I'm not sure what kit I should be purchasing. TXfireblade.....the kit you purchased on Amazon is no longer available.

if you look on Amazon you will see many very similar kits. In fact most look identical to the one I purchased. Pick one that’s Prime - easy return if it doesn’t work out, and I’ll send you my spare cap. Chances are it will be in there. Pick a kit that lists lots of European manufacturers. Or take road trip to Houston and we’ll track down the leak if there is one.
