OK so nothing to do with speed it sounds like. $14k is already a great price. I can't see you finding an R in acceptable condition @ $14k or $17K. An XKR at a $17k price point will need work, unless you find an idiot, er sucker:-)

FYI, you can fit your clubs in your car or your wife, not both. For me, thats clubs. Seriously, without doing something goofy, clubs don't fit in the trunk,
