Default Tips and cut outs

Finally done with project,, cutouts and endpipes. Got inspired when checked Peters cut outs.

I learned a new thing along too,, if I had known that the oem endpipes stealed that amount of sound I had not needed the cut outs.

The endpipes changed the sound radical,, when i cutted them off they was filled with some hair stuff and they where heavy,, anyway now i have 3 stages of sound and are happy about them all.

homemade endpipes in alu and blue aramid and black carbon matching front lip.

Yes, you really need to post either a video clip or a sound clip of this from all angles.

Not sure if it is good news for you or bad news for me but my '10 XKR looks exactly the same.

Default Paddl extensions and spacers

I added paddle extensions and 15mm H&R spacers all around. I did not like the idea of 20 in front and 15 in the rear, even though that seems to be widely recommended as proper setup. That changes the original over/understeer characteristics and I only wanted a wider appearance. It looks better, but not ideal.

Before

After

Always thought something was slightly off that I couldn't quite put my finger on , after seeing the xk-s with its louvres in sliver it hit me ...

It sure does tie the window reveal & wheels in extremely nicely very happy with the result

I'd have to try that with wrap first, see if it fit overall on my convertible.

There should be 2 brackets that hold the undertray.
Funny, when I had my undertray off last week I noticed my brackets were a little loose, didn't pay any attention to it
but will have a look next week and try and tighten them so I don't loose mine.:-)

Interesting choice! Certainly easier to route the wiring! Let us know if the lens stays clean down there.

Speaking of, MY rear camera stopped working yesterday. Merely a blue screen. I'll have to check the power to the camera and check the video cable to the TSD. I never realized that I'd miss having that rear camera displayed, it's super annoying that I don't have it now.

Yes, a lot easier!
Don't drive much in rain so think it'll stay pretty clean.
