It does come with the valance. Easy bolt-on for a competent shop. And thanks!

I have a 2007 XK, which I fitted with the XKR back box and valance (£32 from Jaguar, new) and I made a YouTube video of the sound of giving it a few revs. I only paid £100 for the back box, so a very cheap upgrade.

Get the 100 cell cats fitted with the xkr rear box and it sounds absolutely brutal

Thanks for the posting! Sounds just like mine, so now I can let others hear what we've done. I paid $150 for the exhaust (used) and $47 for the valence (new), so the entire upgrade for less than $200 (US).

Like lothar, love the spires stage 3 exhaust. Its active so you can control normal / loud modes with the stock checkered flag button. Both sounds are fantastic.

It comes with the valence. Check it out at their website. Kris, the owner is a really good guy and most accommodating.

Rockaway naye,
We are looking in the shop for the 2010 XKR 5.0L exhaust that I removed from my car when I installed the Mina exhaust (which is quieter, by the way, than the stock exhaust). I am sure we will find it in the next day or two. When I do, I will send you a PM and your wish may come true.

Rockaway Naye, Please forgive me for the Stupid and Horrible decisions that I've made in the last couple of months. I vow to you, that if you ever gave me another chance to be in your space, life or world again, I will make it worth your wild! I'm ready to cut the WHOLE WORLD off until YOU feel comfortable. All I need is for you to say the word! I understand and I've realized that NO ONE else measures up to you so you should never feel second to anyone, friend, family or foe. Let's start our journey on an all expense paid cruise (destinations of YOUR choice).......call me please

Are we still talking about car tailpipes?
Anyway, choose England, you can pick up that XKR exhaust off ebay. Its pickup only.

I feel your agony. It was bit insensitive of me to not offer any solace. Take him to England. Dont give him a choice. You can even sneak in a tour at Jaguar, which he so loves now.

I had a Supersprint on my bmw z3 and it was a very high quality exhaust. I also had a Magna Drone....and it was awful. I will never use another Magna drone ever again.

I wish you guys had posted this stuff 3 weeks ago. me, being the mechanical genius that I am, installed an X-pipe on my XKR and while I was having it done, told my muffler guy to increase my pipe diameter. So I went from 2-1/4 in pipes to 2-1/2 in pipes...now I feel like I've lost power....could be just me, but guess who's putting those 2-1/4 pipes back on next week....I think I'm going to go with Spires myself. lothar talked me into it!

i warned you that you would lose power. This car is a proper engineered car. Thy are applying hillbilly mods meant for mustangs and camaros. I saw someone here remove intake resonators- unbelievable. I think here modifying the dish the cook made is part of car pride hobby. But elsewhere they want the chef to make a better dish that requires no further improvements. And thats the rub, this car comes from a place that doesnt make mustangs that everything can be improved upon. By buying a mod made there you at least get the peace of mind of knowing they were trying to top jaguar engineering and not chysler.

The cool thing about the stock XKR rear muffler is you could install a vacuum pump (or run a vacuum line off the intake manifold) and a switch and have control over the volume! Mild or wild!
