I am looking at wheels and am curious if anyone here has made the leap to another series. Post up your photos if you don't mind. Am looking for ideas.

First and foremost, you have to be careful with the backspacing. They differ between years on the XK. Quite drastically they change.

By backspacing, you mean clearing the calipers? And, of course, offset is to be considered.

Backspacing and offset are both the same thing, measured differently. Offset is mounting surface distance from wheel centerline, backspacing is distance from mounting surface to inside edge of wheel.

Ftype wheels will fit 07-09 without any spacers etc they will bolt straight on without any issues .

I have I think the Vulcan ones from and XKRS, wider on the rear, 5mm spacer rear and 25mm spacer front.
There's not a lot of room behind if you go for wider wheels, just make sure the offset is close enough to OEM, can always use spacers remember.

Nice car! Thanks for the photo to see what you are running.

I am probably looking for other OEM options like F-Type wheels at this point.

F-Type wheels won't fit your 2012 rear axle, offset is way different.

I have a N/A '14 XK, came with 19" Tamana wheels. Recently purchased OEM XKR 20" Kalimnos w/ HP Summer treads on. Thought about a big brake upgrade, but decided not to. I am going to run HP All Seasons on the 19", change out in December, Just in case I ever have to drive it

in an emergency.

Someone just offered up 2007 XK wheels...surely those would have similar offsets and backspacing, right?

Totally different offsets in the 20s (4.2) pretty sure the 5.0 have rear offsets in the 50s

The rear offsets are WAY off for the 4.2 cars and the 5.0 cars. Not even close. Fronts are okay, but then a mixed set would be gross.

I am going to just give up. I really want some cool AC Schnitzer type wheels but not sure how they'd look on the cat.

the x351 20” wheels will clear every brake ever fitted to a dew98 car. close to 50 offset on both.

Schnitzer makes like 25 different wheels, you have to be more specific.

I like how the AC Schnitzer Type III/3 wheels look. They are a hollow, five-star style wheel. They look nice on BMW E38s. I bet they'd look sweet on an XK. I will check their website to see what the barrel sizes are as well as offset.

these are the two websites you need:

https://www.willtheyfit.com/
https://www.wheel-size.com/size/jaguar/xk/2010/

Put the numbers into will they fit and it will tell you all the measurements.
The 2010 model (mine) doesn't have a much clearnce at the back between back of the wheel and the chassis,
So basically you have to space it out as much as the website says

I don't see why the F type wheels wouldn't fit without a spacer, they might poke out a little too much though

Yes, but are those only available in stock sizes, or custom?
I guess I could go look, but I'm late for lunch.
