Backspacing and offset are both the same thing, measured differently. Offset is mounting surface distance from wheel centerline, backspacing is distance from mounting surface to inside edge of wheel.
I have I think the Vulcan ones from and XKRS, wider on the rear, 5mm spacer rear and 25mm spacer front.
There's not a lot of room behind if you go for wider wheels, just make sure the offset is close enough to OEM, can always use spacers remember.

Nice car! Thanks for the photo to see what you are running.
I am probably looking for other OEM options like F-Type wheels at this point.
I have a N/A '14 XK, came with 19" Tamana wheels. Recently purchased OEM XKR 20" Kalimnos w/ HP Summer treads on. Thought about a big brake upgrade, but decided not to. I am going to run HP All Seasons on the 19", change out in December, Just in case I ever have to drive it
Schnitzer makes like 25 different wheels, you have to be more specific.
I like how the AC Schnitzer Type III/3 wheels look. They are a hollow, five-star style wheel. They look nice on BMW E38s. I bet they'd look sweet on an XK. I will check their website to see what the barrel sizes are as well as offset.
Put the numbers into will they fit and it will tell you all the measurements.
The 2010 model (mine) doesn't have a much clearnce at the back between back of the wheel and the chassis,
So basically you have to space it out as much as the website says
I don't see why the F type wheels wouldn't fit without a spacer, they might poke out a little too much though
