Will it let me blow my motor?

I have 2013 XKR. If I disable all available safety controls, such as traction control, etc, can I damage the motor? The controls I see are a button for dynamic mode, one for sport shifting, and, traction control, which can be disabled by holding for 10 seconds.

The ECU has a rev limiter built in (6,500 rpm on the 5.0 SC IIRC) to prevent you from over-revving and damaging the engine, and JLR R&D would have double checked that Dynamic plus Sport plus DSC disabled would not cause any engine problems.

Some of the video of JLR testing the development models shows levels way beyond even auto journalists abuse, let alone anything even an unsympathetic owner is likely to do. The selected rev limit will include an adequate safety margin and it would be interesting to know how many engines running unlimited were destroyed determining this. The biggest stress when using the performance options is on the diff.
That being said, using the vehicle to full potential will accelerate wear on transmission, brakes, tyres and suspension so expect maintenance costs on consumables to rise if you plan on making this your normal driving mode.
