Window Fuses

Both symptoms (top and window) suggest that the problem lies with the battery not putting out sufficient voltage...when the modules do not get full voltage odd and random symptoms (yes, just like yours) appear. The likelihood of a defect with the window motor, switch or basic power supply is low. The likelihood of a battery issue (regardless of the age of the battery) is high.

Make sure that the luggage separator is properly in place. Start the car and make sure there's no warning on the dashboard. Then turn the engine OFF. Next, with your foot OFF the brake pedal, press the START button and turn on your headlights and high beams. Do not start the engine, leave everything on, get out of the car and come back in 3 minutes. Leave the headlights on and start the engine as you usually do.
If the engine doesn't crank and run, your window problem is probably a weak battery.
If it starts, your battery is still OK. With the engine running, reset the driver's window by pushing the switch down while holding it down for an additional 5 seconds after it's fully down, and then raising that window by pulling the switch up while holding it up for an additional 5 seconds after it's fully up. Then repeat the reset process with the passenger's window.
If that doesn't work, it's time for someone else who knows what they're doing. Good luck!
