First, do you get any puddling under the car when you try to use the washer?
If so, you've got a disconnected or broken hose somewhere (I had the hose to the driver's side wiper get disconnected under the cowling below the windshield, so only one sprayer was working when I got the car).
If no puddling, then either a main hose is blocked, or the pump is not functioning. The pump should be on a fuse, so checking that fuse would be the next step.
If the fuse is ok, try disconnecting the hose at the pump, and try the washer again to see if the pump squirts fluid. If so, there's a plugged hose.
If not, the pump has a problem, or there's a clog between the washer bottle and pump.
