Wipers and Washer Pump stuck! Need fuses for both!

Greetings catowners!
First post here! Apologies if I come off a noob!
I got a 2009 Jaguar XK standard that was fine up until two days ago. Came home after a drive and Wipers and Windshield Pump came on and wouldn't power down. Switch is useless. Have disconnected the battery since.
I have pulled the fuse under the hood F26 and F4. Now when I reconnect battery, wiper motor doesn't power on but I can hear the Windscreen Washer Pump's constant whirring! Please point me to the right fuses to pull in Passenger Footwell Fuse Box. Can't find a diagram anywhere.
P.S I do NOT have the owners manual sadly.
Thanks a lot!

I might need a bit more help.
I've pulled both F4 (powerwash pump) and f26 (wiper motor).
But I can still hear the powerwash pump (I'm guessing) whirring from near the Driver side fender as soon as I reconnect the battery.
Can someone please guide as to what fuse is needed to be pulled to stop this from happening or any other way to disconnect windscreen water pump?
Edit: Video of issue here:
