I did a google search for. Mahle air filter, but it came back with four different numbers!!?

C2P16933, NJA3558AA, C2P6500, LX888.

I also searched here, but it didn’t produce the Mahle part.
so, anybody know what the correct Mahle part number?

Rockauto is very good , well priced and lots of options i find postage usually takes around 4-7 days to arrive in Australia, although just take in consideration the fees associated with overseas stores before pulling the trigger.

Wow! $57 from the parts guy and $16.77 from Rock Auto for the same Mahle filter! The parts guy must be paying a mortgage on his ski chalet in Aspen or alimony!

 

Sorry to divert....but what is the recommended mileage for replacing the engine air filter. I'm still on my original.

 

mileage and time…. all dependent on operating environment and driving habits.
Others are not as particular as I.(Blame my father, an absolute european car nut)
I do mine every 5th oil change. Its just science really; keep reusing a coffee filter and tell me about flow after some period of time.
