Define 'weak'... Excessive axial or radial clearance on the ball joints or tie rod ends? Rubber boots torn or brittle?

Motor mounts weak. How do you define that? Motor shakes excessively or moves around in the engine bay?

Bonnet gas shocks take almost 5 minutes to swap out with a little flat blade screw driver to release the retaining clip.

Tires I can understand but the rest needsw a dimensional definition, not 'weak'.

 

So.. the engine mounts are probably the rubbers and such.. but the arms things, I'd check that.. did they give you an estimate of repair costs? I had something done on my '07 Jag with respect to the arms, that was a whooping 10k (AED).. so call them up and ask them what weak means.. It's probably the rubbers, but just to be sure..

Note that your "all cover" insurance here also covers major engine damage so I'm not too worried about that..
