Yikes! These switches look as if they had acid poured on them!
Your only recourse us to replace the switch packs. This is not difficult to do (I did this as a matter of cosmetic upgrading in my 07 XK to 09 standard). Good used ones would be the way to go, at least in economic terms. The damage to your switches is, frankly, extraordinary.
