XKR rims

XKR rims
Have an '07 XK convert...oem rims are pretty badly chewed up by original owner. Looking at a set of oem XKR wheels...from the same '07-'09 series. Seller indicates sizes as: Front wheels: 8.5JX19, offset: 49mm.
Rear wheels: 9.5JX19, offset: 31mm
Says he knows they'll fit on an '07 XK...
Does anyone know if these wheels would in fact be a direct fit? I'm running oem 19" rims, these XKR rims are 19's as well.

Then you will know if they are an EXACT match.
Most likely the XKR owner does NOT have Alcon brake caipers, so they should fit. Some 2008 and 2009 XKR's have Alcons.
There are plenty of markings stamped inside your wheels of the XK.
I have gone thru the same thing recently, and best way to check is pull the wheels (front and rear) to see the stampings.
Hope this helps.

Jeff:
Thx for the pdq reply...$1800 is abit pricey-er than I was looking to go...while my oem rims are chewed up the Michelins on them are in pretty good shape, so don't really need wheels & tires. I'm working on a deal for just the rims, that's probably the route I should go. You get down to $1400 or so we could talk. BTW, I'm in Florida, but we could figure out a way to get your wheels/tires here. Let me know your thoughts...THX

Here's a great detailer web site. Its worth the time to visit, if for no other reason, to look at the pics of the great car this guy works on.
Scroll down to see the before and after pics of wheel repair. The guy does some great work.

Well if rims are all that you need, then looking elsewhere might be your best option. Most 19" Jupiters sell for $300.00 min and as much as $6,000.00 for a chromed set. I've never sold anything so I'm not aware of shipping cost or mode of shipping. I maybe willing to go as low as $1500.00 being that you're an enthusiast otherwise I'll be selling them on e-bay or local Craigslist, so give me your thoughts if the interest is still present, if not, good luck in your search...
