can you help?
Some of this is on the speed pack spoiler post. I could not find much information on this when I set out to change to the more aggressive front end of the RS and rear splitter and RS spoiler.
Some parts I bought new, some came second hand.
The full rears I copied in GRP plastic. I thought the info I have discovered may help other who want to change to the RS body work. The replica rears I have and are available, and have now supplied a few now.
The main difference is sills, and front and rear bumpers. The sills are not absolutely necessary, but do finish the look. About £385 for the two from Jag.
Fitting the sills is very easy to do, and hour at the outside. I will try to explain in easy to follow steps if anyone is interested of what you need, and how to do this. Its the hours of finding the answers that takes the time. Like how is the sill held on?, where are the bumper bolts and how to remove it.
The main issue is the price of the parts. The rear splitter is £850 UK pounds inc vat, then the sides are £420 pounds from Jaguar each. About $1750 US.
The bumper kin is the same on all models. So the parts fit onto any rear skin.
The the front is the same story, and approximately the same price for the splitter and side panels. The skin is different and the parts only fit the RS skin.
You will also need the plastic under pan that attaches under the radiators and new washer pump brackets, and washer jet covers, as the XK are different to the XKRS. These are cheap enough though.
This is where we are up to, will post more later.
The fitment of the rear spoiler is on the other post. If anyone needs more details on this please ask.

I am attempting to upgrade/convert my XK 5.0 2011 to the XKRS facelift DRL.
I really would appreciate if you could advise on how to go about it.
What are the differences with fenders, bonnet, bumper and headlights. What would need or get dont to get the facelift complete.
Thank in advance.

help please
This is not the full kit. You need to start collecting the bits you need. For example buy a bumper front skin and have it painted. You can buy on e bay, they are all the same as long as it has no damage.

I can supply this at half the price for GRP.
Jaguar XKR-S Replica Rear Lower Defuser and side panels | eBay
The post on this is about $170 to the USA sent three out so far.
You also need the front bumper side spats grills and badges.
I can supply the front splitter and the full lower rear set. These are £1900 from Jaguar. Mina can supply the front lower also. These are the very expensive bits. Private message me if you need help. I fitted mine on a 12 month old car.
There is only the washers I would imagine they would not cover under warranty. The rest is just plastic.
You also need the rear spoiler from Mina. The side sills. Other small parts I can list for you. I spent a few months collecting parts until I did the job.

Hi, I don't have much left now, I stopped making them as demand slowed. I have one lower front splitter copy (Glass Fibre) £220. It needs paining matt black or carbon wrapping. I sold about 25 of them I had made. The carbon fibre original Jaguar one is about £1100. Bob

I don't have anymore parts in stock, this is the last lower splitter I have. These went well as everyone want £1000 for a second hand carbon one. You should find parts on e bay. I have some genuine XKR sill covers mint and a centre exhaust section. text me if you want it. 07710 779255
