XKR Throttle Coupling Needed

I'm missing something
Thank you for the quick reply. But I think I'm missing something.
The part that I purchased is PlumbQuick 3" x 3" . I ordered it from the photo using the part number.
The part you pictured is different sizes on top and bottom, 3.25" to 3.75"
Did I get the wrong part ? or did I read the wrong part of the post ?
Thank you !

@jahummer , Have I just been jinxed by reading this thread?
Out of interest, I have never taken the intake apart for cleaning. But it was an annual job I did in the spring on the xjr.
How often does everyone clean the intake?
After those good tips from @Queen and Country , I always meant to get to that on “car wash and Guy’s shandy day”.
Incidentally a whole lot better then the traditional recipe as I use ginger ale and an ale like Old Speckled Hen. Commonly after any job I then move to a Guiness or a Leffe Brun and admire the view.

Sorry to resurrect an old thread but I wanted to firstly thank the OP and everyone who contributed, not to mention Neill at Ashwood Jaguar Parts who linked this thread after I contacted him, and I also wanted to try and help anyone in the UK who has this issue. My rubber coupler decided to shred itself a week before the Simply Jaguar day at Beaulieu Motor Museum and I emailed Ashwood Jags in the hope that somehow a replacement coupler had become available since this thread was started, he was unable to supply one but pointed me back here along with some Amazon links. Unfortunately for me we don't have Home Depot here in the UK and the closest equivalent, B&Q, does not appear to have the correct size silicone reducer. The Amazon items he linked me to would likely have worked but they had a month lead time and I am determined to make it to Simply Jaguar this Sunday so I did a bit of research and managed to find a metric equivalent, 95mm to 83mm, at a place called Advanced Fluid Solutions. They seem to stock Black, Blue and Red. I ordered black but they were out of stock so I went for blue just so I could get back on the road; I may order a black one and redo the job later on.
Blue reducer arrived today :
Trimmed down to fit; I subsequently trimmed it again after this photo as it was too proud for the bonnet to close. I probably took another 1/3 off the total length.
Fitted, using the original clips.
Hopefully this helps someone. I am in no way affiliated with AFS, but thought it might help if anyone is struggling to find a replacement.
