This car has a sage green interior (with matching interior pull handles on both front doors). The handles’ plastic is so cracked/fragile that they are probably beyond repair (they fracture and pull clean off when you try to pull the door closed with them), so I am trying to source replacements. However, they are proving to be very difficult to find, and crazy expensive (£280 a pair untrimmed or £340 a pair trimmed) in the few places that sell them (and not in the right colour green for this car):

Does anyone have any suggestions to repair these, or to source replacements in ‘Jaguar Suede Green’ (e.g. original part number), please?

 

These handles could be easily made of wood or reproduced by modern plastic printers
The foam used is nothing flash and the miniscule amounts used cost nothing. it is a high density foam.
You would have to chase up the appropriate vinyl or be prepared to use a colour refinishing to match your interior.
Think it through before submitting to these stupid prices being quoted by aftermarket sellers.
