I was bemoaning Mr Jaguar for the darned difficult access to change the main beam bulb (skinned knuckles and all) when as a result of having to put the steering on full lock I noticed the inner tread on the front offside tyre was really scuffed! I would never have been aware otherwise. A quick trip down to the local tyre dealer today to get the tracking done (it was miles out) has saved me a load of money on having to replace a tyre early and possibly saved me from a blow out .
Clearly a jaguar design safety feature after all
