I highly recommend going with an X-pipe in the middle section. Sounds better in my opinion, and is cheaper (and at least 50lbs lighter!).
If you insist on a center muffler, check out the x pipe dimensions diagram in my signature link, and purchase a center muffler with that correct diameter inlets and spacing between dual in/dual out pipes. Any competent muffler shop can then install it for you.

Hmm.... Sorry, I don't have the model number and I can't find the exact muffler on their site.
Call Borla and ask for the Dual In/Dual Out with the built-in X-Pipe.
That's the one I have installed in my XKR.
