I will not show anything else because in Italy are the only one with this particular piece and see if some owners of Jaguar will want to do the work by myself.
copyright! :-)
the central axis exploits the internal thread of the shaft of the pulley

[QUOTE=WhiteXKR;642127]Would you be interested in making another and selling it? I would be interested in your price, as I also occasionally help others with upgrades.
Yes, we can do this kit . i send you an private message for price.
After installing the kit, the job is ready in about 20 minutes to install the new pulley

I have a X308 XJR. I also want to uncork more potential out of my motor. Seems that a lot of people that upgrade their SC pulleys do the lower one mainly because they don't want to shave the snout. After seeing pictures (thanks Pomosv) its not bad at all. Plus with this here tool it should make things that much easier.
I would assume that the procedures would apply to the XJR as well?
White XKR, could the upper pulley be removed with a pulley puller? Or is the pulley remover/installer used by pomosv absolutely imperative to getting the job done correctly?

You really need the very heavy duty puller made for this job due to the extremely tight friction fit. Alternatively, you can heat the pulley to red hot with an oxyacetyene torch or cut it off, but the puller is the cleanest soluton IMO.
I will rent my puller for a very nominal cost plus shipping if you decide to go forward.

Places like Autozone and O'Reilly's often let you rent tools. Basically you "buy" it as a deposit and get a refund when you bring it back.
It's a good solution for us shade tree types who don't use things like pullers and spring compressors every day.
Might be worth an inquiry at least.

I have never heard of anyone having success with a standard pulley puller for this job. Either the puller will mangle or the old pulley will be deformed before it is removed. You also risk bending the supercharger shaft. You need to use a special puller designed for Eaton supercharger pulley removal.

White is correct and beat me to it. You never ever use anything but the sc pulley tool, kenne bell and others do make them and not expensive. Especially compared to trashing the blower. I would either cut it off or remove the blower press the pulley off, machine the snout and install new new pulley along with new hoses under the sc. This is what i usually do and this tool would be great for a shop not looking to remove the sc or needing to do the hoses underneath. I would never recommend heat as to the potential damage from transferrance of too much heat into the snout bearings and seal. Patent it and sell them
