01 xk8 ext & Int colors
Is there a place on the car where I can find the color options, car was the victim of a viscious attack by a moron on a mower. Car has scratches all over the hood and fenders, needless to say, he cannot afford to fix, so I am going to have to pony up, so it is a blue/grey color, but I would like to know the exact color, when I take it to the shop.
Since I am going to have that done, thought I might as well recover the front seats and need to know which color I have, it is a cream color, but not sure if it is Ivory or Cashmere.

The drivers side door jam will have the paint and interior trim codes for you. Any competent body shop can go from there. You can check out Touch Up Paint from PaintScratch.com and get the name of your paint from the code, I believe yours to be Aegean Blue Pearl Clearcoat just based on your description.
Here is what the door tag will look like. If your trim is listed as SDZ like mine, you have Cashmere:

At first, this doesn't seem that it would be very confusing of a subject, but it is, here's why: My trim code is also SDZ, which people call Cashmere, but I don't know what dye color to order for the steering wheel, which is not the same color as the seats, and is not the same exact shade as the door panels. I assume the seats are the Cashmere color. Also, I pulled the front window pillar trim peiece off to "tighten" the fabric, and there was a small sticker on the backside that fell off that said "Oatmeal". Is Oatmeal the color of the headliner fabric? All the questions...it leads to confusion.

Your dash, top of the door cards and steering wheel should match color. They will be a contrast color to the seats given your trim specs.
I have the ivory seats and trim, but the surfaces noted above are not ivory. I think (?) their color is called caviar, but not sure. In any event, it is different.
