as the title says I get this message with only the obd readiness code [needs to be driven to get rid of that one] I can clear the message by clearing codes with a scanner and it won't pop again drives fine until I shut it off then immediately on start up it comes on it is not limiting rpms I can rev over 3k and live data shows ignition advance going above 40 degrees advance. I just replaced the FPR and fuel pump. there are no pending codes either. I have 2 different types of scanners I've used both show the same values on live data IE fuel pressure is at 48psi etc. I did notice the relays are the old dated ones I think maybe I should replace all of them? not sure if they will cause this issue?

I replaced the relays with new and the problem is Fixed.
