1/4 window up down detection
Hi, all
I had the dreaded failure off the rear 1/4 window regulator wire, and as I'm about to put the repaired window back in I wonder what's going to happen when the car doesn't know the state of the window.
Front windows get rolled up and down to set their state, but what happens with the rear windows? Will the motor just stall at a travel extreme of the window, or is there a danger of breaking something as the car tries to yank down the window that's already down?
I don't see any limit switches around the window, but maybe I've missed one.
