Default 1998 XK8 Purge Valve
hi Guys. Does anyone know if the later model purge valve (2001 -20021) LJG1515BB can be fitted or modified to fit the earlier years - 1997 to 2000

Jegs is selling is LJG1515BB for $56.95 and the original is on jagbits for $169.99, that is why I am curious if I can get the BB to fit an earlier car. Anyone done this?

Just looking at them i can't see how you can get a single canister purge valve to work on a vehicle with 2 canisters. You missing an opening
