Nine hours and not one suggestion.......!
That's a lot of functions failed together so it could be:
1. fuse
2. harness or connections
3. Driver's Door Control Module (DDCM)
The DDCM is part of the SCP (Standard Corporate Protocol) and is protected by a 25 Amp Fuse #15 in the Driver Side Fuse Box in the end of the Fascia.
The harness passes through the 'A' Post into the door and connects to the DDCM through two multi-plugs. There is always the possibility of harness damage with repeated opening and closing of the door over the years.
The DDCM is accesses by removing the door speaker. It is retained by three bolts and removed by withdrawing it through the speaker aperture. Both loose connections and water damage are possibilities. The Pinouts are as follows:
The Driver Seat memory circuit is Fig 12.1 in the 2000MY Electrical Guide:
Unless you have a large monitor, you will need to download the guide itself or have a better resolution diagram than the above for detailed fault testing.

Driver door no power
I know this is an old thread but I have the same problem in my 2005 XKR convertible. Started in January, cleared up and then returned last week. Drivers door switches, windows and mirrors no function, window does not move upon door opening, puddle light does not light. Replaced DDCM no help. (Used so maybe it is bad too?)
Here are the steps I took:
1. Fuses are good
2. Power comes into the DDCM and the ground is good
3. Door ajar switch has continuity and is open with shut door
4. Seat memory does not light/function
5. Door switches light at night (Not fed through DDCM)
6. Courtesy light in overhead does not light
7. Driver door open does not show on speedo
8. No chime for keys in ignition or lights on
9. Key fob locks trunk not doors - alarm will sound when I open the door if I do not unlock with fob
That it happened, cured itself and reappeared made me think of a broken wire but power and ground are both at the DDCM. I would at least like to get the window to lower a bit to reduce the strain on the glass.
Any thoughts would be appreciated.

Without looking at a wiring diagram and looking for a key relay or fuse common to everything I will point to what I found on my X300 as they may be similar or the same . On the door control unit I found the large black ground wire backing out of the connector and loosing contact and simply pushed it back in and locked it in place . The specific pin lock on my model was a bar that went across the whole row of pins on the connector and was dislodged for whatever reason .
Later if this doesn't restore things we'll look at the diagram as there is more the one fuse in the sub system of that door control panel .

I had a similar problem and looked around the forum for answers. The problem went away after I exercised the door lock barrel with the key. It seems that it can get confused as to which position it is in and this disables the window movement entirely. I had also disconnected the battery and shorted the leads. Having done both things, I can't be sure which action fixed the problem. I should add that, immediately after doing both those things, the problem remained. But returning to the car the following morning, the problem had gone. That's Jaguar for you.
Good luck!
