No, read what I wrote yesterday. Remove it and see if the short clears (ie; if the ECU and ECU fan powers down. If it does, that is evidence that it is causing the problem. Disconnect the battery during removal and reconnect it afterwards to avoid further problems.

As Norri said, you should not buy modules unless you positively have evidence that they are bad.

I unplugged the bcm and it didn't seem to change anything. Still the throttle body is humming constantly and the ecu and ecu fan is running. I swapped batteries just incase and no luck. I did graphite on the key flap and no changes either. Any other ideas?
