2001 xkr coupe ride height springs mounts

I have a similar problem. It's complicated with a wheel and tire swap. I ordered som 9"x20" F & 10"x20" rears for 255 fronts and 285 rears. The right front bottomed out against the top fender arch. Cut the tire a little and unrolled the lip (flat newly painted metal sticking straight out at the top of the arch (7").
The wheels sent were not the ones I ordered and I think the offset is off. *** end is sticking way up. If I replace the springs with lower but stiffener springs I should get thebalence back. I am seriously considering tossing the active shocks and going with the stiff Bilstiens as I have Michelin Super Sports on it and intend to wear them out by Christmas.
Thoughts?
