Battery cables
Stephen,
First thing DIY to check is the state of the battery. Is it in the car? You don’t mention if you’re handy with a wrench in the garage. Do you have a multi meter to check the voltage independently?
Is there zero power to anything? Is the car 100percent dead? My guess would be bad battery cables. Take trunk floor panel out and see. Are the battery terminals clean and tight? Worth checking both ends of both cables and the body terminals. The positive cable goes to the High Power Protection junction box. This bolted connection can work loose.
Good luck.
