Sure it is, with enough funding. Here is what I did with mine. Only thing I would do differently is get a unit with a wired mic for the bluetooth function, as the built-in mic on my particular unit does not work well above 40mph, either the top up or down. Other than that, I am very happy with my final install.
Others have removed the traction control, seat heater buttons (basically the lower row of aux buttons) and put a 7" screen in there. They relocated the whole row into the glove box. If you don't relocate, i'm afraid only a single din will fit...with a new fascia piece fabricated of course for the surround on the radio.
