push in on the green insert, then pull apart the filter from within that clamp thingy on the hose. It took me hours to figure out how to get that thing apart.

Unfortunately in 2003 Jaguar started using a returnless fuel system. The fuel pump is completely different, and it uses control module to rapidly turn the fuel pump on and off to regulate the pressure. The old pumps are not compatible and the new ones are very expensive.
I watched your video and attempted it myself. Mine is an XKR (2004) so the pump is different. I peered down in the fuel tank after hrs of fighting with the rear fuel line connection.... When I looked in there I saw a white piece of plastic on top of the pump that had slid about 1/2" of its seated position. You could see the O-ring hanging out. (I believe it to be part of the regulator). Squeazed it back together and secured it with stainless wire. Buttoned everything back up and Walla, she purrs like a kitten. Your video, and the tool you showed, saved my rear.
I cannot thank you enough!
God Bless!

Do not feel bad!! These can be a real bear to work with. I spent 1/2 day with my Corvette. SOmetimes they come right off, others you have to really work it.
