Cleaned all connectors
Cleaned all wheel speed sensors
Resistances are what they should be
Rebuilt module
Problem still there.
I think I need to get the ABS module error codes read, where can I get that done for a reasonable price? I'm in Oakland, CA

Hi Jagosaurus
I feel your pain! My ABS/DSC fault was with me for over a year before I got the ABS codes read.
One thing you don't have listed as trying is to check if there is enough slack in the ABS sensor cable at the wheel when the wheel is at full lock. It seems such an unlikely cause to the problem but was exactly what I needed to fix on my vehicle. Check left side at left lock and right side at right lock. My vehicle didnt have enough slack at left lock which caused the wires to pull at the connection and momentarily cause a break in continuity in turn causing the fault light (I summise)
Also check your battery voltage at idle. Another post indicates you have a P1637 code.
Good luck
