Talking AC Blower gone nuts

My recently acquired 2002 XKR made a loud noise like a bearing growl when the heater/AC fan was on. Prepared to replace it and removing the glove box saw I could open the recirculate feature door and see a hand full of acorns and pieces wedged into the fan splines. Using a long skinny screwdriver and small vacuum hose I removed them and sucked the pieces out. Blower is silent and powerful now. Happy ending.

Nice to hear a simple fix went well. Did you take any pics for other forum members who may have the problem in the future.

Any tips on accessing the door.ie how to remove the glove box?
