AC suction line replacement

AC suction line replacement
Good afternoon all,
I haven't posted in a long time but I read this all the time.
I need to replace a bad ac hose on my 2000 convertible. I have bought from jaguar 2 hoses that are the incorrect ? hose. The one I am trying to replace runs from the Firewall ( evaporator ) to the suction port on the compressor. it is a rubber line then turns to metal heading down past the exhaust manifold and catalyctic convertor. it is a one piece line with a muffler in it. for the life of me I cannot see a way to get the new one in (if I had the correct one.)
So far I have the car on my lift and have dropped all the exhaust and the catalyctic convertor on the driver side. I have taken the bolts out of both motor mounts and have put an engine support lift on the engine using the lifting holes in the back of each cylinder head. I have another new hose coming, and already have a new dryer/ reciver in hand. I can get the rubber end with the low side port past the exhaust manifold going up to the evaporator. .
It is the other end with the muffler and fitting for the compressor that I simply see no way to get past the motor mount to install. I must be overlooking something. I really don't want to pull the engine to replace an AC hose. any body done this or have advice?

If the line you have is item #10 on this diagram:
then the part number is MJA7312CB.
Access to the rear of the compressor isn't easy. See if this how-to on member Gus' site of everything helps:

Thanks
#10 is the muffler. that line plus the one it connects to are what I need. In my car it is a one piece line. I have looked at a 1999 and a 2001 MY and they both are the same as mine one solid piece. I did not find any reference in the TSB's to replacing with a 2 piece hose. that may well be what I need is both halves. do you have the part number for the upper hose? if a new 2 piece style is what I need i'm all for it. I have tried to put 2 different one piece lines from jag. and I had a fully flexible one made. ( it melted in about 30 minutes even covered in fire wrap) So this is starting to get expensive and I do miss my Jag.

Parts arrived
Well, The 2 hoses and bolt came in yesterday. I will say the lower hose from compressor to evaporator will fit. sadly the top piece will not. The port to Evacuate / charge runs into the body. it is placed off to the side vice straight up and down. as the original was. this morning I am going over to an ac shop that makes custom hoses in Alabama and see if they can cut the port shorter so I can use it.
Point of my story is the correct part numbers are on the TSB. but I find one number has been supersided by another, than supersided again. I will let yall know how the shortening of the port works out.

RESOLVED
I had a three part hose constructed. I made a mock up out of hose and copper tubing. it was a struggle to get it in still but after correcting a small leak on the new dryer and an overnight evacuation with a good pump, charged with fresh 134A Freon and it works great. Many thanks Motorcarman for the advice multi piece line is the way to go.
