Adjustment Of XK8 Rear Convertible Windows

Is there a magic way to adjust those rear windows a bit so they close up tighter?

Do you already have the trim out from the back seat? If not, that will have to be removed first to gain access to the regulator assembly. The 3 nuts in the picture below are the 3 you need to adjust.
