After bumpy parking, engine runs horribly

Yes, the wife just informed me that she had an encounter with a parking lot cement curb stop that was a bit too high. Took out some of the plastic bits under the front of our '97 XK8, and impacted the metal cross piece, but just slightly. Strangely the car ran terribly immediately after that throwing poor engine performance and low power messages at her. She managed to get home OK, and the car ran better at speed, but when started from cold, it stalls. I have to tickle the throttle like a carbureted car to keep it running, and it will get around. And yes, better when warm, but still not right. I had the codes pulled and got a P102 - MAFS issue. I pulled the whole intake and connectors thinking something was jarred, but found the MAFS and all else to appear OK. I went under the car again to see if there was something I missed and found that the Radiator Fan Control Relay Module, which dangled right where the impact occurred, had it's top torn open. Obviously damaged in the incident. I did some looking at the schematics and such and I don't see where this could effect how the car runs, especially when cold, but it seems to be too much of a coincidence for it not to be involved. Can any of you make sense of this? Is it possible?
Also, I checked with the usual suspects and I can't find anyone who carries this relay besides Jaguar. Might anyone know of a source for replacement?
Thanks for any recommendations.

OK, so here's the rest of the story:
I got the replaement relay (thanks again Jandreu) and plugged it in - no change. My son-in-law came over and we had a long brainstorming session and as we did, he was tinkering and pulling at things, and soon found himself in the Engine Management Fuse Box. Low and behold, he found a 10 amp fuse that had blown. I immediately pulled out my trusty schematics and sure enough, that fuse, #12, was between the suspect relay and the ECM. I replaced the fuse, started the car, and it ran beautifully. Apparently when the relay got crushed to the point of popping the lid, it also shorted one or more of the contacts and blew the fuse. The fuse did it's job and protected the ECM.
One lucky find, and all's well.
