Air Bag Light - 2 blinks, then steady

Just to document this somewhere on the boards, on our car, the two blinks, pause, two blinks, then steady air bag light suggests a driver seat harness short/fault. There was a fault code stored in the computer, however, upon bringing it into the dealer, the previous 3 days the light has not illuminated - ever since I repaired (again) the headrest cable sheath TSB. I have no idea what correlation that has to my original problem.
Nevertheless, the dealer took the harness, compared voltage resistance to the passenger side seat (the one that was operating normally), and both were coming up exactly the same. He said it may have been a pin in the harness, and simply inspecting and removing/reconnecting the harness may have fixed whatever was the cause. The light has not returned. I was truly convinced my clock spring had gone out and was going to be a major fix.
On a side note, dealer diagnosis and inspection of my suspension resulted in a $0 balance due upon my return. I truly like this service department! The saturday crew got Papa Johns delivered a half hour after I left.
