First things first - disconnect and reconnect all electrical connectors under the seats....

Took the pass side seat out and the pass side seat belt out. NO wires are attached to either in regards to the seat belt. Unplug and plug back in both seats power hook ups.
Still give the same code on startup. 5-2

I had the same issue and it was the belt holding harness not making ground contact. Dirty down in there and with some electric cleaner and a small amount of WD40 and about 10 driving cycles, it stopped flashing.
Hope you are as fortunate.
There is a set of codes for the belt in the sticky's as you properly already know. (52 passenger seat retainer.)

Thank you for you responses. But i am confused. There is not any electric connection to my seat belt retainers. Do i just take it out and spray the area under the black plastic caps?? Please give me more details on what you did to fix this.

I know it doesn't look like it but there is some kind of connection in there. Just do like I did and with any luck at all, it will clear.
