Default alternative lenders to penfed?

Hello, I submitted a loan request to PenFed and they're giving me the runaround so I need to find a different lender.

Any recommendations? I have an excellent credit score and high income. I work as a 1-man s-corp. I'd really like an easy experience after my run-in with PenFed.

There must be a Navy Federal CU office somewhere in the vicinity of Whidbey Is. or about Seattle. You can also try USAA online. I've had good experiences with both, though to be honest, I haven't had a car loan in 10 years.

Good luck!
