If you're doing a full flush - which I'd recommend as it avoids any risk of mixing types - it should be fine. Appears to meet the WSS M97B44-D spec that Jaguar stipulates.
There's a brilliant flush procedure write-up by Mr Texas Dan here:

Greetings Hampshireborn69, I just replaced the same components as you on my '03 xk8... I also replaced the valley hoses as well. I believe your car is acting normally... the cooling system does build 14~16lbs. pressure when operating at normal temps. My rad hoses also become quite firm when running. From past experience w/ blown head gaskets, it will overfill the tanks very quickly... 50miles and it will be overflowing like crazy. If your guage reads half way, thats about 190 degrees F. according to my equipment. Keep your eye on the level in the tank when cold... I think you are fine. BTW... I fitted a GMP pump w/ metal impeller, I have no cavitation problems and the car runs @ 186 degrees at high way speeds.

I have used 3/4 tank of fuel in the car since I owned it so a few miles..and never has dumped water out so fingers crossed perhaps it an air lock I will tinker with it tomorrow as I need as my wedding car in a weeks time, I have also got a wifi obd2 reader coming so I can see temp in real time.

If and when you get the chance, do take her for a drive and watch the temps w/ obd2 tool... it should stabilize @ about 190 degree F. or less while driving. It will be normall to heat up to as high as 200 F when in long traffic, but the fans should run then. Again, I believe the firmness in the hoses is normal pressure and as long as she does not overflow while driving, I think you are fine. Mine did require a small top-up of coolant after the 1st heat and cool-off cycle... normal again I'm sure.
