Default ATTN, Norri (Mod) ........

An 05 XK8 I'm considering, looks very much like in your sig line !

What do they call those wheels and what diameter are they? Also, are staggered size tires the norm (front to back).

What is the proper name of the brilliant blue color and what is the name of the lightest possible interior?

I have several more questions if you don't mind.....

Looks like Pacific Blue and Ivory.

You could ask the seller to give you the three letter color codes off the driver's (US) side door if you really need to know exactly. It gives both paint and interior color codes.

Thanks Bud....the pic of your car is really nice. As I posted in my "new member" post, I'm shopping because I missed out on a meticulously maintained, low mile '01. It was a neutral blue'ish-gray color that I found pleasing.

Now I'm looking into a Pacific blue 05 and a silver 01

I see many silver and black ones for sale, but will not have a dark interior in a convertible....just gets too hot in the sun. Also I've had two black sporty cars that are just too difficult to keep imaculate.

Colors I like for convertibles, in order....

Lt pastel Blue

Seafoam pastel green

Gray and brite Pacific blue (Tie)

white and silver (another tie)

gold

red

black

*Racing green doesn't apply to verts for me, ONLY on coupes, where it is VERY high on my list

Honestly all purists know that Silver is for German cars, Green for British, red for Italian and white for American.....

I'm pretty sure mine is Pacific Blue and Ivory I'll check tomorrow.
No staggered wheels on the XK8's as standard only on R's.
