I finally got my Jagger back from the indie mechanic, Falconworks, in Tucson, Arizona... WahOOOOO!
I put it into their capable hands just a couple of days after I bought it on eBay from a dealer in Florida for $8600.
They installed all-new front and rear suspension struts, mounts and bushings plus a lower control arm. They also replaced ALL coolant hoses, including under the supercharger, and flushed everything. They made various minor repairs under the hood, took the rear view mirror off so that I could send it to Sybesma's Electronics for the $95 rebuild then reinstalled it for me. It works GREAT.
I've been ripping around Tucson having a blast in this thing! About 30 minutes ago I came down from going about 1/3 of the way up to Mt. Lemmon. What a beautiful night. The visibility with the top down was perfect. Seeing the giant saguaro cacti in the headlights, hearing the SCREAM of the supercharger as I gained altitude, and seeing the distant Tucson city lights was awesome. The handling of the CATS system worked well and the ride was very comfortable.
At 47 years of age, this car is much better for me than my old fire-breathing, wheelie pulling, 'loud as a nuclear bomb' turbocharged RX-7. I still have a supercharged rotary engine powered pick up truck.
May the miles continue to bring smiles to all. =)

Hey Jeff, glad you got the XKR back and you are happy!
It's a nice feeling to have your XKR running good with
your own two hands on the steering wheel!
Time to take off windshield wipers now!
If you find yourself in Phx.
Area give an email, lunch for the XKR's.
Pedal to the metal...
