Bosch Iridium #9607 Sparkies

My mistake - found the old plugs + they were NGK IFR5N10's. 80K miles in good nick but I'd say the gap had opened a bit.
I'm sure the intrusion of the Bosch plugs was the same because there were already some posts about them. I don't feel motivated to pull one out + check until the Spring !
I thought the falling off electrodes was a problem with the twin earth electrode type ?

I stand firm that today the only problem with Bosch is opinion and everyone is entitled to it. I will continue to take a stand when I see no hands on ill effects of any product that is suitable to be used. If I find that Bosch plugs are a problem I will be the first to tell you until then I will continue to use and recommend them.
As for filters, many filters are subcontracted to be manufactured in other countries. You can at times get the same manufacturers filter put them side by side and they will look the same but the paper filter is different because of the geographic and the materials available.
I respect those who feel differently than I do and I agree to disagree.

Gus,
I'm glad that Bosch spark plugs have always worked for you and I hope that you continue to be 100% satisfied with them. But Denso and NGK have long been considered the best iridium spark plug manufacturers in the industry, and I'm sticking with them until proven otherwise....
Rick,
No need to apologize. There's always room for healthy debate here on the forum as long as those who choose to debate remain respectful of the opinions of others....
