brake problem

This might be the wrong forum to ask this, as we are mostly the 'X-Type', as in the '02-'08 'X'.
But let's see if we can help anyway.
You don't mention if they have EVER worked properly? is this a new problem with a working brake system? Or are you having trouble making the Volvo brake retro-fit work?
Are ALL 4 wheels sticking? And how hard do they stick? like, rubbing a little, or stuck as in the wheels won't rotate?
I assume you've replaced all the fluid, and properly bled them. If not, do this first. We need to be sure that your 45 yr old car doesn't have any blockages.
How old are the calipers? The calipers can stick if they are old and the pistons have dirt / grime build-up in or around them. There are rebuild kits available, with new rubbers, pistons and a cylinder hone.
Give us some more info, we'l try to help out a bit more.
