Default breather tool

I am trying to remove the part load breather vacuum pipe from the sensor to clean it on a "99, located on left front valve cover. The diagram shows a clip to remove the pipe as it resists my efforts to squeeze and pull it off.
Does anyone know where to obtain this "clip"?
Thanks!

It should come off when you squeeze the knurled sections and pull. On old ones, sometimes the plastic gets deformed or cracked and making it difficult to remove. Sometimes a small screwdriver can help ease off the latches which are 90 degrees from the knurled sections while you squeeze and pull.

The latch is integral to the pipe and not available separately.

Jaguar did offer the clip release tool (special tool 303-623).
A TSB was issued in Feb 1998 (TSB 303-17) for info on the tool.
