Broken power antenna mast
Wow. This site is great.
I've only had the car since December and have managed to break the mast off the power antenna. At least now I can source a new one!
Does anybody know if it's possible to just replace the mast when this happens or do I need to replace the entire assembly?

A new mast is available separate from motor. dealer has them and have see aftermkt ones on eBay. You just have to remove 14 mm nut where ant goes into 1/4 panel then remove old antenna. If the mast is still ther give it a good tug. If the mast is broke off flush it can take a little finagling to get the sleeve out of the motor. To install new mast cycle the radio on/off then insert cable in motor and spin it until the motor grabs the cable. Its ok if it doent go down all the way at first. Then put nut back on and check antenna operation. Sometimes the plastic geared cable breaks off in the motor, you will know this if your new mast doesn't go down all the way. Then you have to take apart the antenna motor and remove the pieces.
